1. Scope & Applicability

These Terms of Service apply to all users and content submitted on the Goose.re platform and form our legally binding Terms of Service, which also include our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines. By using our platform and submitting any content, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all these documents.

2. Account Requirements & Email Verification

Important: You must provide a valid email address that you own and have access to when creating your account. Providing false, inaccessible, or email addresses you do not own may result in immediate account suspension or deletion without notice.

• All accounts must be registered with a valid, accessible email address
• You must maintain ownership and access to your registered email address
• Email verification may be required at any time to maintain account access
• Failure to respond to verification requests may result in account restrictions

3. Content Standards

• All content must comply with applicable laws, particularly Austrian law, and must not contain illegal, harmful, defamatory, threatening, or malicious material
• All submissions must respect copyright laws, data protection regulations, and competition law requirements
• Phishing attempts, misleading content, fraudulent material, or deceptive practices are strictly prohibited
• Content promoting violence, hate speech, harassment, or discrimination will not be tolerated

4. Security & Platform Integrity

• Submitting or linking to malware, viruses, or any malicious software is strictly forbidden
• Any attempts to compromise, manipulate, or abuse the platform's systems or security measures are prohibited
• Spam, automated submissions, or attempts to game or manipulate our services will result in account termination
• Users must not attempt to circumvent any security measures or access restrictions

5. Licensing & Intellectual Property

By submitting any content, images, or other materials to Goose.re, you represent and warrant that:

• You possess all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for the submitted content
• Your submission does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights
• You have the authority to grant the licenses described herein

You hereby grant Goose.re a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your submitted content in connection with our services. Additionally, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Goose.re from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your content submissions, particularly those related to copyright or intellectual property violations.

6. Enforcement & Moderation

Goose.re reserves the right to, at our sole discretion and without prior notice:

• Remove, modify, or refuse any submitted content
• Suspend, restrict, or terminate user accounts
• Take any other action deemed necessary to maintain platform integrity

Violations of these Guidelines may result in immediate and permanent account termination without the possibility of appeal.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Guidelines are governed exclusively by Austrian law. Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising from or relating to these Guidelines or your use of Goose.re shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Salzburg, Austria, unless mandatory legal provisions require otherwise.

8. Severability Clause

Should any provision of these Guidelines be deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be severed, and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Any invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent and purpose. (Salvatorische Klausel)

9. Amendments & Updates

Goose.re may modify, update, or revise these Terms of Service, our Community Guidelines, or Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. Such changes become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our platform following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage users to review these Terms of Service periodically to stay informed of any changes.
